Welcome to Camp Fire USA West Michigan Council.

For 100 years nationally and 91 years locally, we’ve been building

caring, confident youth and future leaders.

Camp Fire USA continues to meet the needs of today’s children and youth through a variety of programs in

community centers, classrooms, homes, schools, churches and more.

Happy 100th Birthday Camp Fire USA!!

On Saturday, July 31st, Centennial Campfire celebrations are being held around
the country, hosted by Camp Fire councils and alumni groups. The West Michigan
Council is also hosting our Centennial Campfire on Saturday, July 31st at Camp
Optimist. The festivities start at 3:30 pm and will conclude at 8:30 p.m. We will
join other Camp Fire councils across the nation with the lighting of our “official”
campfire at 7:30 pm. We are inviting all alumni, friends and family to come help
us commemorate this significant milestone.
