TERMS: I know that walking in Camp Fire USA’s Walk for Kids is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and walk unless I am medically able. I assume all risks associated with walking in this event including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effects of the weather, and the conditions of the walk route; all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, hereby waive and release Camp Fire USA West Michigan Council, its officers, directors, entities, event sponsors, event facility, their representatives and successors from all legal claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I also herby give my permission to all of the foregoing for use of my name and photograph in connection with event.
